Fall is my busiest time of year to watch tv. And for the record – I’M NOT A REALITY TV SHOW JUNKIE (but I do watch Laguna Beach). I used to watch Felicity and Dawson’s Creek but since they killed those shows (what was up with the last Felicity show – DUMB!) I have to [...]
I wasn’t quite as nerdy as Dan and get up at the crack of dawn, but I did wear my “undo” shirt that JC made. Peter, Molly and I went down to Penn Square at 9:45 where we were greeted with a long line of people outside waiting to get in the new Apple store. [...]
Wow -what a week. I’ve spent this entire week and most of last working on a stationery package, 12 page brochure and postcard design for a consultant firm with whom I do several freelance projects. Can you spell B-U-S-Y? Peter is also freelancing for the same firm on a rather involved website. But the payoff [...]
I’ve officially made the switch from Bell to Bueno. I’ve been a Bell fan all my life. I thought they had the best bean burritos (minus the onions). I just loved the red sauce… And then I was introduced to Bueno. Hot Dog! I mean – Hot Tamale! I discovered Combo meal #5 (almost like [...]

I found this while looking for mortgage calculators:
Im 30 years old married with no children. I just sold my house and have 500k cash with zero debt. My wife and I bring home about 9k a month after maxing our 401k contributions. We contribute 4k each to the ROTHs every year. The Roths and 401k’s [...]
I’m not feeling so great today – woke up with a horrible sore throat. I probably caught whatever I have from Molly – fabulous. And my sister is sick. It’s making the rounds and it’s not even fall yet. But the temps are dropping and mornings are really nice. Anyway, just thought you’d all want [...]
I have to write about a funny story I heard today. A young college freshman was getting up for church on Sunday morning and getting ready to iron his shirt. With little sleep the night before, he proceeded to pour cherry-red gatorade into the iron thinking it was water. Luckily he caught himself just in [...]
